So how does this work?
Firstly, when you have a claim, contact us first before you contact anyone else. We will personally visit the property to inspect the damage and advise appropriately. We will guide you, or work with the landlord to guide them on how to best proceed with the claim. We manage the insurance claim for you, and finally we arrange to have all the works carried out to a high standard and all with a 2 year guarantee.
We will pay you:
- A commission of up to £1000, subject to the value of the insurance claim.
- We will pay you FIRST, as and when the insurance company makes the very FIRST payment. This typically takes about 3/4 months.
- We also pay a loyalty bonus based upon the number of cases you pass to us and also based upon time.
