John started as apprentice assessor in the 60's working for at that time leading company dealing with insurance claims in NW. He later worked as a senior claims handler for Commercial losses and part of the management team of Lancashire claims handling company. In 2010, John joined Imperial Claims as "Principal" under FCA regulations. John is a truly dedicated and thoroughly experienced Insurance Claims Handler with a vast amount of experience. A great asset to our team.

Dav Kumar

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Dav has vast experience in property insurance claims. With a background extending to nearly 25 years in Housing, he has been managing claims for many years, including handling repudiated complaints at the Ombudsman level. With a Masters Degree in Housing Policy and Management, and being a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Housing, Dav has the key skills to first and foremost assist clients with their claims; as well as developing the business, and helping to grow the teams. He strongly believes that customers are the heart of everything we do, and it is with that mindset that he works every day, to continue to deliver and to continue to improve.

Monika Kumar

Always smiling and willing to help. Monika is very organised and looks after everyone on the team extremely well!

Nicky has over 27 years experience working in both social and private housing, property management, maintenance and regeneration. She spends most of her time out and about helping our clients with their claims, doing all she can to reduce stress and guide our clients through an often distressing time.

Lynda provides invaluable clerical and secretarial support to the group as a whole. She also manages some of the finances and manages the rental properties. She has a great sense of humour!
